Being an Arizona newborn photographer is absolutely amazing! I love being able to capture families at such a tender time in their lives. There is nothing sweeter than seeing them welcome and take care of a new soul to this earth. I know the newborn stage is full of sleepless nights, lots of spit up, poopy diapers. I also know that often times we do not see the magic of it all when we are the parents, ha! That’s why I love newborn lifestyle photography. It allows for me to capture the family as they are, so that they can see just how beautiful and miraculous this time of life really is. I know that the newborn stage goes by fast, so these photos are some that you’ll truly cherish for the rest of your lives!

As an Arizona newborn photographer, I love being able to capture newborns in a variety of settings. Many families opt to have the newborn session in their own home, which I love! However, not all homes have ideal natural light needed for beautiful images. If you want to have the session in home, please make sure there is plenty of natural light! If your home does not have great natural light during the day, let’s go ahead and schedule at a natural light studio. Below are a few options:

What is a “lifestyle” session?

I get asked this question a lot! A lifestyle session means that I am going to capture you just like you are in “everyday life.” While I will get the classic looking-at-the-camera pose, my newborn lifestyle sessions are usually more relaxed. I love being able to capture you interacting with, holding, snuggling, and kissing your new baby! I will get solo pictures of baby as well but they will not be overly posed or with fancy props.

I recommend you bring things you use in your everyday life with your baby (blankets, pacifiers, bows, etc) to your session. I also love to have a change of clothes for baby on hand!
