I have been so excited to share some photos from this wedding! Amanda and Steven were married and sealed in the Bountiful LDS temple in November 2020. After their sealing they then had the most fun luncheon at the Living Aquarium in Draper. The whole day was a total party!

This wedding was such a great experience to be a part of, mostly due the amazing groom and bride. Amanda and I first met back during college and I was so honored she thought to ask of me to be their wedding photographer. Amanda and Steven are some of the most positive, happy people I’ve ever been around and I loved being able to witness their love for one another. They had no problem displaying affection for another and are the best of friends.

Bountiful LDS Temple Wedding

Luckily for Amanda and Steve their wedding day was the final day before a winter storm hit Utah! The weather was warmer than usual for the beginning of November but we did have to deal with a little bit of wind…which I felt like really added to some of the photographs we were able to create. With Covid-19 restrictions in place we had only 15-20 minutes to capture them exiting the temple and to grab a few shots of their families. We were able to spend a little more time beyond that on the grounds capturing the two of them. I am so glad that the temples have reopened for live ordinances so that these two didn’t have to delay their wedding day!

Loveland Living Planet Aquarium Luncheon

When Amanda told me that they were going to have a luncheon at the Loveland Living Planet Aquarium, I was so excited! I have been able to visit this aquarium before and have absolutely loved it. When you book a ballroom for an event at the aquarium all of your guests are able to roam the aquarium- so fun! I loved being able to not only capture the typical luncheon/reception moments like the first dance and cutting the cake but I also loved being able to capture the kids running around enjoying all that the aquarium had to offer. I think the coolest part was that the ballroom had a SHARK TANK in it- such a unique and amazing backdrop.

At the end of the luncheon, we were able to walk around and get some shots around and outside the aquarium. Amanda and Steven came out in matching tourist outfits with the most adorable hats. They gave me a good chuckle! I love their sense of humor!

I am so happy for these two! They expressed to me how sweet their love is after waiting to find each other longer than they expected. They are such a powerhouse couple and I know there are so many great things they will do together! So happy for you two!
